| We have been visiting Florida every year since 1992 and rented various villas. This year with additional family members joining us we looked for a larger place and just can not believe how lucky we were to find this place on the website. Spaciousdisneyvilla should really be called Luxuryspaciousdisneyvilla!. The owners and the management company take great pride in the quality of everything available and this is immediately apparent as soon as you walk in.
The location is truly wonderful for getting to the parks or just relaxing in the lovely surroundings offered.
Everything that is described or shown on the website is very accurate but does not do it justice as to what a high standard quality home it is.
Thank John and Julie for allowing us to share your home for the wonderful 6 weeks holiday we have just had and now we are already looking forward to the 7 weeks we have booked next year (2012)

We have been visiting Florida for 9 years now and the last three have been spent at this villa. Set in a quiet residential area it offers a spacious retreat from the parks and allows you to have a day off; enjoying the pool and watching the wildlife on the lake.
The villa is immaculately maintained and the owners are constantly looking to make improvements; the pool was relined in 2010 and this year new carpets have been put down throughout.
We did not know the owners prior to booking the villa, I was attracted to the comment that all of the bedding had been replaced in the villa!
There are no surprises or should I say shocks waiting for you when you arrive and that is why we have just booked again for next year.

A fantastic place and an ideal base to retreat to after a busy day at the Florida parks. The villa had everything you could ask for and more in terms of home comforts. It was so good, we enjoyed several 'days off' from the parks and had all we needed at the villa with a lovely swimming pool, games room, large screen TV and wireless internet. The air conditioning was perfect to retreat to when it became too hot and the ice machine in the fridge was perfect for refreshing cool drinks. Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy when we arrived and 'spacious' is a perfect description. We honestly could not have asked for more and the maintenance and management people were unobtrusive and extremely helpful with anything asked of them.
Next time we return to Florida, Spacious Disney Villa will be our first choice if available.

We had a fabulous time. Your villa was gorgeous, and well supplied. The lake view was peacefully quiet and the location was perfect. We sure would have liked to relax more, it seems we always had so many things to go do and see. For February, the weather was delightfully warm. It was in the mid 80's everyday! I've never stayed in a villa before, we've always stayed in hotels. Never again. We loved the convenience of having our own place, pool and privacy .
We'd recommend your villa to many of our friends and family if they should choose to visit Orlando Disney!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks there. Everything was clean and well looked after and we had everything that we needed. The pool was fantastic and had a lovely view over the lake with plenty of ducks, birds etc. The boys enjoyed the games room and got to play on the PS2 occasionally. The neighbourhood was very peaceful.
The parks, shops and restaurants were not too far away and your instructions were spot on.
At the end of our holiday we did not want to return to the UK! We would certainly consider staying in your villa again.

| This villa redefines the word luxurious, and provided a fabulous base for exploring Central Florida. After a busy day exploring the parks or other attractions it was exhilarating to swim in the lovely pool, then challenge each other in the well-equipped Games Room. The owner's care for us and our comfort, before and during our vacation was exemplary. We highly recommend this to any family."

| We were very surprised at the size and standard of your villa and really enjoyed our stay here. We would recommend this villa to anyone who craves peaceful and tranquil surroundings. The theme parks, shops etc are only a short drive away and there is plenty of restaurants to choose from. I especially benefitted from the swimming pool and we all loved the games room. Now we are home, we can only think back to the holiday with fond memories'.

| We had such a wonderful trip to Orlando, and your house was the perfect accommodation. My children loved all the amenities the home offered from the pool to the games room, and my wife and I loved the quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We were sad to leave at the end of our trip. Had a great holiday in the villa beginning Oct, villa very spacious, very peaceful location, had everything we could have needed and more!
We all enjoyed the games area , and the pool was a lovely area to relax in our stay at home days.

Stayed in many Orlando Villas, but this was the best. Very quiet with lake backdrop. Kids loved the games room and so handy for evenings out on the 192! Highly recommended.
